    Yes, we offer discounts for military personnel (active duty & dependants), LEO & First Responders, & teachers.
  • Is there parking nearby?
    Yes, there is free parking in the parking lot outside our building. We are in the same strip as Ace Hardware and Habitat for Humanity in Oak Harbor.
  • Are changing rooms/showers available on site?
    We have 3 large, gender-neutral bathrooms, and an open-format locker room for personal-gear storage.
  • Do you charge an enrollment fee?
    No.
  • How many times a week should you do CrossFit?
    This depends on your abilities, goals, & recovery; chat with our coaches about what may be best for you.
  • Is CrossFit Safe?
    Yes. Safety is our #1 priority. While our coaches will relentlessly strive to ensure that all athletes have a safe experience, we do encourage you to advocate for yourself, & listen to instruction.
  • What gym software do you use?
    Wodify is the fitness management software we use - after signing up you’ll have access to your new account with us & will use the Wodify app to reserve spots in classes, log your scores, track progress, edit your profile, & more.
  • Why is CrossFit more expensive than regular gyms?
    In generic cases, at a regular gym, your membership gives you access to the building/gym equipment. (If you were to want a personal trainer &/or a workout program to follow, that would cost you more.) With a CrossFit membership, not only do you have gym/class-access, but we provide programming & coaching! We give you your workouts to do, & we guide you through them, keeping you safe & helping you towards your goals, whatever they may be.
